Email setup

Use the following settings to configure your email account in various email clients. Replace your-username@lodcustomer.com with your actual email address and mail.lodcustomer.com with your mail server address.

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook
  2. Go to File → Add Account
  3. Select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next
  4. Choose POP or IMAP and click Next
  5. Fill in the following information:
    • Your Name: Your display name
    • Email Address: your-username@lodcustomer.com
    • Account Type: IMAP
    • Incoming mail server: mail.lodcustomer.com
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.lodcustomer.com
    • User Name: your-username@lodcustomer.com
    • Password: Your email password
  6. Click More Settings → Outgoing Server tab
  7. Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
  8. Go to Advanced tab and set:
    • Incoming server (IMAP): 993
    • Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS
    • Outgoing server (SMTP): 465
    • Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS
  9. Click OK and then Next to test the connection

  1. Open Windows Mail app
  2. Click Add account
  3. Select Other account (POP or IMAP)
  4. Enter your email address: your-username@lodcustomer.com
  5. Enter your password
  6. Click Sign in
  7. If automatic setup fails, click Advanced options
  8. Select Let me set up my account manually
  9. Choose IMAP as the account type
  10. Configure the following settings:
    • Incoming email server: mail.lodcustomer.com
    • Port: 993
    • Security: SSL/TLS
    • Outgoing email server: mail.lodcustomer.com
    • Port: 465
    • Security: SSL/TLS
  11. Click Sign in

  1. Open Gmail in your web browser
  2. Click the Settings gear icon → See all settings
  3. Go to the Accounts and Import tab
  4. In the "Check mail from other accounts" section, click Add a mail account
  5. Enter your email address: your-username@lodcustomer.com
  6. Click Next
  7. Select Import emails from my other account (POP3)
  8. Enter your password
  9. Configure the following settings:
    • Username: your-username@lodcustomer.com
    • POP Server: mail.lodcustomer.com
    • Port: 995
    • Security: SSL
  10. Choose your preferences for leaving copies on the server, SSL, and labels
  11. Click Add Account
  12. To send emails from this account, follow the SMTP setup instructions prompted by Gmail

  1. Open the Outlook mobile app
  2. Tap Add Account or the + icon
  3. Select Add an email account
  4. Enter your email address: your-username@lodcustomer.com
  5. Enter your password
  6. If automatic setup fails, tap Advanced
  7. Select IMAP as the account type
  8. Configure the following settings:
    • Incoming mail server: mail.lodcustomer.com
    • Port: 993
    • Security: SSL/TLS
    • Outgoing mail server: mail.lodcustomer.com
    • Port: 465
    • Security: SSL/TLS
    • Username: your-username@lodcustomer.com
  9. Tap Sign in

  1. Open your web browser
  2. Navigate to your webmail portal at https://webmail.lodcustomer.com (replace with your actual domain)
  3. Enter your login credentials:
    • Username: your-username@lodcustomer.com
    • Password: Your email password
  4. Click Sign In or Login
  5. You should now have access to your email through the web interface
